Roberts Law & Mediation, LLC is the law practice of Attorney Jennifer Roberts. Ms. Roberts practices primarily in the areas of federal law - including civil rights litigation, employment law, regulatory and statutory compliance, constitutional law, and municipal liability - although other types of cases or other legal matters are routinely handled by our firm.
Ms. Roberts is also registered, by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution ("GODR"), to serve as both an Arbitrator and Civil Mediator in the State of Georgia. As such, RLM can offer clients a variety of resolution alternatives. This is true regardless of whether civil mediation is court-ordered, recommended by counsel, or requested by potential litigants who simply wish to resolve their own disputes without involving the court or incurring the expense of hiring an attorney.
If you are in need of legal advice or have questions about how your legal needs can best be resolved - Roberts Law & Mediation, LLC can help you achieve your best result.
